Italia Guide
By downloading, installing, or using the Italia Guide mobile application ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Italia Guide is a travel companion for Italian cities. It provides information about landmarks, transport, food, emergency services, and cultural tips. The app is distributed free of charge on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Informational only. Italia Guide is an informational tool, not a substitute for official sources, emergency services, or professional advice. Always verify critical information (emergency numbers, transport schedules, opening hours, prices) with the official provider before acting on it.
You may use the app as a guest or create a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Italia Guide.

The app allows users to add community pins and notes. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it within the app. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is reported by other users.
Italia Guide displays content from third parties (Google Maps, Google Places, affiliate partners such as Booking.com and GetYourGuide). We do not control and are not responsible for that content. Following external links is at your own risk.
Some links in the app (for example to Booking.com or GetYourGuide) are affiliate links. If you book through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence our editorial recommendations.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information in Italia Guide accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that prices, schedules, hours, phone numbers, or any other details are current. Conditions on the ground change frequently. You are responsible for verifying details that matter to your plans.
The emergency screen in Italia Guide provides reference phone numbers and general guidance. It is not an emergency response service. In an emergency, call the appropriate local number (112 in the EU) directly and, where possible, use a device's native emergency features.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Force Nebula and its owners, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app — including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or travel plans. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the app is limited to USD $5.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify users in-app or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
